The company NAFPAKTOS TEXTILE INDUSTRY SA announces that based on the provisions 4.1.3.1 of the regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, has proceeded in final tax assessment based on law 3888/2010 for the years 2008 & 2009 and a tax of 60,986.92 euros arose, from of which 20% or an amount of 12,197.38 euros was prepaid and the balance is to be paid, in 23 equal monthly installments until 31-5-2014.
Also, the subsidiary SOFADES GINNING MILLS SA has proceeded in final tax assessment based on the above law for the year 2006 and a tax of 31,908.64 euros arose, which has already been paid in full in two installments within the current year.
